A little about AMI Yoga

We're AMI Yoga helping people live a healthy life with the help of Yoga practices. We're a 30+ years old institution and have helped more than 25,000+ students.

Our teachers span across generations, from the old and experienced, young at heart to the young and vibrant, balanced and wise in their Yogic approach.

Our team is scientifically trained in Yoga, all our teachers have qualifications and certifications, Bachelors or Masters Degree in Yoga Shastra from reputed institutions. Besides being dedicated yoga teachers, our trainers are also working as professionals in various fields such as medicine, education, engineering, and consultancy.

Our teachers are creating a positive impact in the world besides being knowledgeable in Yoga.

I suffered from asthma for 12-13 years . They say asthma is an incurable disease for life. But in my case a miracle happened- I am completely cured of asthma! This motivated me to become a yoga teacher to help others which also built my confidence. I am now energetic, optimistic and radiating joy and help my friends in yoga practice thus spreading happiness all around me.
