Various health issues like stress, weight gain, anxiety, diabetes, body pain, and constant tiredness are common in today's fast-paced life. It has become a norm to deal with neck, back and general body pain because of continued work on computers, college, and office life.

For most people, it's become ‘normal’ but it's not the way it was meant to be.

According to WHO, "health is a state of physical, mental, social and spiritual well-being and not merely the absence of disease.

A study at the Arkin Mental Health Institute, Amsterdam, has linked the fast pace of life and work in a city with a 39% increase in mood disorders (depression, bipolar disorder, etc) and a 21% rise in anxiety disorders.

We're AMI Yoga helping people live a healthy life with the help of Yoga practices. We're a 30+ years old institution and have helped more than 25,000+ students.

Our teachers span across generations, from the old and experienced, young at heart to the young and vibrant, balanced and wise in their Yogic approach.

Our team is scientifically trained in Yoga, all our teachers have qualifications and certifications, Bachelors or Masters Degree in Yoga Shastra from reputed institutions. Besides being dedicated yoga teachers, our trainers are also working as professionals in various fields such as medicine, education, engineering, and consultancy.

I suffered from asthma for 12-13 years . They say asthma is an incurable disease for life. But in my case a miracle happened- I am completely cured of asthma! This motivated me to become a yoga teacher to help others which also built my confidence.
